This place is very unprofessional. Why do you guys have a phone and not answer? I called twice before 2 o’clock before I came here then I got there at 2:15 for them to tell me to come back tomorrow. Where as thought all of that would have been avoided if the staff answered the phone at all.

The people are nasty and unprofessional. They refuse to send out my bloodwork even though I've paid for it. I've filed a complaint with the Pennsylvania Consumer Advocacy Agency and the Better Business Bureau.

made an appointment beforehand, came today to go to that appointment, only to be told that they're not taking patients today. extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism. could've at least gave me a call to let me know so I wouldn't have to sit in my car for 20 minutes before I find out they can't take me on the day that I absolutely need to get this bloodwork done. do better.

Took my mom there this morning for bloodwork and the front desk receptionists were so polite and mannerful we go to the back and the phlebotomists were just as friendly good energy there

This location never answers the phone. I've been trying to reach them and every time I leave message and they never return calls. I need to have specimens done but I can't keep going if they are not open for whatever reason
