Went there on 6/26 with my pregnant wife at the time of opening to make sure we beat the lines and could get to work on time. We had difficulties checking in and asked for assistance. The two lady’s at the counter told us to start over, so we did the manual check in a second time. After running into the same issue I asked for assistance. One worker made comments that she forgot her password. The second worker answered a FaceTime call and proceeded to ignore us.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give this place, 0 stars, I would!! The lady at the front desk is rude as hell. When they started moving us to the back, a line started to build up and everyone’s just standing in line. Nobody is telling us where to go . Then, when one of the girls finally comes back to take our blood, she has an attitude with us, telling everybody to take a seat. Like we were supposed to know that. When I sit down, this woman Screwed up the blood draw. Then had to draw from my other arm. I was bruised for WEEKS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Lab Corp opens at 7am. I arrived at 7:50am. I was not called until 8:30am and I am still waiting to have blood drawn.i don't understand why it takes so long to have blood drawn. For the most part you are just sitting waiting to be seen. It is 8:35am and I am now in the back still waiting. I came early to prevent being to work late. My start time at work is 8:30am

Left a huge bruise on my arm that lasted 2 weeks after a routine blood draw. Nurse clearly did not know what she was doing.

Went to this location today,arrived at 7:30 and was out by 7:50...it's important to note I was a WALK-IN and there were only a few clients there. I had an issue with my insurance during checkin and Tina at the front desk,was so friendly,patient and got it squared away. Ebony was my lab tech and I've always been a hard stick,so she ended up having to draw from my hand...but she was gentle,thorough and the whole thing was painless. Overall a great experience!!

Overall, I had a good experience. I came in for routine blood work around 10:20 AM on a Saturday without an appointment. I checked in and took a seat. They called me back, drew my blood, and sent me on my way. I definitely feel they could be a bit more professional (most of them had in headphones--huge pet peeve of mine), but honestly I'll take the care I got versus waiting hours and hours. My phlebotomist was able to quickly find my vein and prick me and made the process painless. I was in and out in less than an hour without an appointment so I truly can't complain.

Other people's blood on the seats and counters, workers refusing to clean and disinfect anything in between people and being aggressive when told they should clean fucking biohazards in between patients. Absolutely disgusting.

I had the best experience with Tina..I had gone to a different location two days ago where the technician could not find my vein. I was bruised when I left. With Tina, it took her less than a minute to get it right. I will continue to visit this location from now on

Jayla was fantastic. I was very nervous about having blood drawn and she was incredible nice. She helped me calm down and did the collection in no time, it barely hurt at all and didn't leave a bruise like it usually does. Thank you Jayla, you were great

The man the worked at the front desk was very nasty and disrespectful. When you asked him a question he acts as if you are annoying him. I will never go back there again.
