This place is close to my house. Most of the time nurses are friendly. There were a few times they were rude.
But the point is that the facility is so NOT clean. It doesn’t reflect any medical standards.
I can’t believe USA allows all of this happening in medical facilities!

My technician was excellent. I felt absolutely nothing when she drew my blood. And on this particular day she was handling all the patients by herself- a co- worker had called out.( I was nosy,I asked) She did a terrific job and she did it with professionalism and efficiency.
