Came here without calling and walked in with my phone being in two pieces. My baby sister threw my phone and the entire screen came off from the phone. I told Viktor what happened and he fixed it right away on the spot! I waited very short for the phone to be fixed and he gave me a free very good quality iPhone case for my phone and for all the trouble I’ve been going through. Thank you so so much! Best phone repair shop in PA!

Viktor fixed my phone in 15 minutes. I had a huge crack on it and the corner was chipped so you could see a bit of the inside of my phone. I came in very last minute today and asked if he had 11pro max parts for my screen to be repaired and replaced. He did it within 15 minutes of me arriving and also informed me that the damage had made the vibration in my phone also damaged and he fixed it! All for the cheapest price in Philadelphia and bucks county. I drove from Bensalem to this place and would recommend to anyone looking to repair a phone to call before hand asking if he has the parts and get their phone repaired here!

Like an idiot, I broke my Apple Watch screen. Went to k&s for a deal. Gave me a fair price which is was half of what apple fixes it for. I was a little hesitant to go to a non apple place because you never know what could happen. Well. It happened. The watch broke even more (screen looked great though). It didn’t turn on. Brought it back and he was super helpful. Apologized. Had multiple people come look at it. Turns out my watch was completely busted after the screen fix. He ended up replacing my watch and upgrading due to all the problems that were occurring. AMAZING customer service. The work was great, he was able to verify that it’s a new Apple Watch, was very compassionate about the issues that were occurring, and dealt with everything in a great way. 10/10 customer services. Absolutely would go again.
