I purchase 4 tops at kohls on February 9, 2024 in Philadelphia, pa I took them back for a bigger size, while I was looking for a bigger size I noticed a lady with a cane a few feet behind me watching me not saying a word, so I waited to see how long she would stay there so eventually I turned around and looked at her and said hi and she walked away. I am a 69 year old african american female. I am a retiree after 30 plus years of working, it was very offensive and I felt really disrespected. I will not spend my money anywhere if I am going to be treated like a criminal, so I took everything back to kohls. I will not be shopping at that kohls again.

Could not find jewelry dept. Replaced by Sephora Ugh!When I finally found it, no one was available to assist me.It seems like big changes are happening but no direction for the customers.

This store has great prices, an Amazon return section, easy parking and helpful, friendly cashers! In particular, John (a casher I've had a few times) is very kind and patient! John makes sure the customer feels supported!

Although this store seems to be well stocked in a number of things I want to buy, it is always a mess. When shopping football merchandise, the women's, Men's and children's gear is all mixed together, so it takes a lot of time to find the right item that you may want.
