I bought a 24k gold chain there about 3-4 years ago and a link broke when I was working out the other day. I called 1 place and they tried to charge me a minimum of $60 send it out for me to get it back in a week and repair it with 18k gold. I took it to Kim Thanh and they repaired it within 5 minutes in store for me while I waited and didn't charge me a thing. They also cleaned my chain. Great customer service. I highly recommend.
