I want to recognize the exceptional customer service that Stevie provided. She was so welcoming, knowledgeable and passionate about the Kiehl’s brand. She asked me questions and truly listened to my answers. Not only did I leave with the product I wanted, I left with some products that I needed to boost my skin routine. Thank you, Stevie!

The service at this store was immaculate. Kyle was extremely helpful and patient in explaining how to meet all the skin care goals i wanted to set. I’ve seen an immediate positive response from to the products, and it’s obvious the staff is knowledgeable on what they’re talking about.

I am never on time to the airport but today I was extra early and had time to browse the different stores. I decided to check out the Kiehl's store and met the nicest sale person. Katherine was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the products. She even took the time to explain that each Kiehl's stores is different and uniquely decorated to fit that city. Now I am excited to check out other stores in different cities. I also left with some new products. Great Job Katherine Kiehl's is lucky to have you in there team!! Chereise B. (Cher)

Beautiful store with friendly workers. But the assistant manager was unbelievably rude and impatient. Didn't answer any of my questions, made comments to the other employees about how I asked too many questions, and then left the store to talk with the folks at the saxbys. I ended up leaving without buying what I intended to buy. It's a shame because everyone else was very friendly.

I visited around 5:30 on December 7th to pick up a large bottle of Facial Fuel. The staff member was very friendly but was having trouble with the register. I swiped my card and the transaction appeared to process. She said it did not and she had to do it again. While she was ringing it up again, I pulled up my CC app on my phone that showed the pending charge. She said it didn't fully process and it would all reconcile. I was skeptical but went ahead with it. After the second payment, she looked happy but didn't hand me a receipt, so I asked for one. It didn't print and she opened the holder for receipt paper and cleared the jam.A week later I remembered to check my credit card statement and sure enough, $37.80 charge TWICE for one bottle of facial fuel. I called the store and they said they wouldn't help me and told me to dispute it with my credit card company.I have now disputed the charge and my credit card sent me a message that they have contacted the vendor (so did I) and they have until February to respond.I don't receive return of the duplicate charge, I will definitely never shop at Kiehl's again, after many years of being a satisfied customer. To be honest, with the effort and frustration they have caused, this has soured me on Kiehl's even if they do straighten it out.We'll see what happens, I'll update this review whenever its all settled.

Several years back I started using these products after a long search for shaving products for sensitive skin. Since I started using their shaving lotion I have been a loyal customer. I love their shaving products as well as other items. This was the first storefront I purchased from so every time I am back in the City I make a stop to reload. Obviously they always send online notifications but I love to visit the store site.

Staff were very friendly and knows what they are selling. I got what I wanted, but unfortunately when I got home, one of the products seems to be open and used! I’m disappointed ? and I bought it a while ago and haven’t had the chance to check it. I still got my receipt, but not sure if they will exchange it cuz its been a while. The other products I got are amazing. Personally, I like to use the midnight serum before applying my make up. It isn’t oily, and smells amazing. The eye treatment is a first time try; too heavy for my preference. I’m used to a light cream, but truth be told, it isn’t bad at all. With winter coming is would be a great moisturizer since its heavier than what I am used to. Overall experience, Kiehl’s staff are so friendly and amazing. Products are good. I was hoping that the scalp scrub wasn’t used. I’ll try to go back see if they can exchange it for me.

Couldn't choose between the chicken poblano salad and the cowboy salad so I got both. I'm going back for the wraps. Cashier was so polite I wanted to tip her.

Worst experience in a skincare store. I visited this store today, and will never return. The store was empty. A guy was on the phone and mentioned the computer system was down. Both the guy and an older blonde lady ignored me over 15 minutes, and I just left. I refuse to spend my hard earned dollars insuch a place, and I was going to spend a good amount there. Hire better people, Kiehl's and review your videotapes!

Originally had placed an order online, the next day which should've been fairly easy to process I figured I'd head over to see what other products they have. I get into the store and they say they have no record of my order, well there was a charge on my card so I paid someone for goods... I double back into my online account and the order isn't there even though my partner and I both watched e ordered our things last night. Called customer service and they couldn't tell me anything other than there's a hold on my card (I had WAY more than enough money in my account for the purchases btw) they couldn't pull up my order but saw that it had been cancelled. I should've gotten an email stating both they put a hold on my card and also that they cancelled my order. Ali has calmly assisted me in store after customer service via phone was no help. She went above and beyond to make my in store purchase easy and seamless. Kiehl's one piece of advice, for you being "Kiehl's since 1851" you should be moving at light speed with technology enough to let your customers know that their orders have been cancelled instead of me scrambling for answers via customer service phone calls... Ali and the Chestnut street store A+, kiehl's online and via phone D grade.

The sales people really are fairly intense. They're nice enough, but very on. Great products, though.
