This location is very ghetto! They’re too concerned about people stealing then helping the people that’s spending money I ask for a size one of the girls said to her coworker why I gotta help her then never brought the sneaker out for my son to try on! And I was spending real money over $400 but I won’t be back to this location get rid of them ghetto girls and bring back the professional staff

Never shopping here again, two out of the three items I checked out with were overpriced and the girl who rang me up just said it’s marked wrong… even though the suggested retail price is right on the items… didn’t even bother to do a price change…I’ll take my money elsewhere

Came in here today 12/4 around noon, I Was just looking around n I came across a shoe that I like. So I ask the lady that was working in the front about the price, she couldn’t give me an exact price, she just gave me the price range with a nasty attitude like she doesn’t want to help. That totally ruined my mood to even shop there.I just hope in the near future you hire people with better attitude and better customer service.

You can't try on both shoes here. You're being asked to spend $200 on shoes after trying on one. And you can't have two sizes out to compare.

I was in today shopping for sneakers for my daughter I’m scanning the kiosk for her size while trying to scan a worker a young female with braids comes stands directly next to me saying excuse excuse me so she can scan what’s in her hand never mind the fact that I was trying to scan also. At that point I put the shoe back and walked out!

Came here this morning for a Jordan release. They didn't open on time with a release? 25 people in line waiting. They can do better. A good management team don't let this happen

Good store with a good stock most of the time. Went in looking for some shoes and got what I needed with the help of Ben, whenever I go in there he seems to be the only employee willing and ready to help
