I entered the store around 540pm. I knew what I was looking for because my daughter sent me the names, sizes and pictures of what she wanted for her birthday. The two associates represent them selves and the Snipes company well. Your customer service was above 5. Associate 4225 and the you lady associate working.

I didn't end up buying a pair of shoes, but I was there for at least an hour trying things on and Chaletta was sooooo helpful and patient. I have a foot injury, so I was being very picky and she kept trying, and I really appreciate it. She stayed positive the whole time. There were two other people working, and they all seemed like a good team - getting things done and making sure people were happy. I'm very grateful for experiences like the one I had, because sometimes you just need to try things on to get an idea of what you want. Chaletta said she just wanted me to be happy and have my feet feel good! Thank you Snipes on Broad team!! I appreciate you.

Not too good hardly any good looking sneakers on display the ones that they did have on display didn't have my size the ones that I like even clothes wise as far as summer outfits are concerned and some shorts but nothing like the style that I like lot of mixed matching stuff you gotta do even Snipes down in the Snyder Plaza on Front Street was even worse ...However the employees are at both Snipes stores (Snyder Plaza and on Broad Street Broad and McKean) are a plus....they are very helpful and attentive .. .which is a plus... unfortunately to get what I'm looking for I have to go online nike.com... All in all experience with the employees was very good... But the merchandise so so unlike last year which seem to have better merchandise on display and better stockpile of the merchandise
