Terrible accountant! Avoid at all cost!
He took my money and then stopped replying, never got my tax refund back for 2023 and to be honest maybe he didn't even submit my taxes. A thief!

He is charming when you first talk to him but then he is unable to calculate and file your taxes. He is either on drugs or has another occupation by which he does not have the time to do your taxes. His ineptitude will force you to file late, get penalties and in the end be forced to hire anothe accountant that can sort out Kevin's mess. PLEASE AVOID THIS INDIVIDUAL!!!

Have used him loyally for several years. Completely stopped responding to our correspondences, did not file our taxes, and caused significant financial hardship. Disappointing.

They don't answer the phone and the door is locked. When it says in Google map they are open. It looks like to me they don't work any longer.

Used Kevin before and now he doesn't reply to my emails. I have a lot of questions about my taxes this year and he's leaving me worried about getting them filed in time. Very unprofessional.

Kevin is a very professional and helpful CPA. He helped me with Philadelphia BIRT and NPT for rental income and freelance work after another CPA filed incorrectly.

Impossible to reach. He does not return emails or calls. Flakes on meetings. I had to make major changes to my return on my own for two of the three years that I've worked with Kevin. Avoid.

After having worked with Kevin for 10 years, I finally gave up. He knows taxes, and he’s a nice guy, but he is unable to run his business. Lack of customer service, staff shortages and turnover, broken promises, poor communication, unreturned emails and calls, late filings, IRS penalties and interest, etc. I gave the relationship every chance to improve, but it never did, in fact, it got worse over time. Use him at your own risk, or as a last resort. There are plenty of good tax preparation companies and individuals out there, would recommend searching them first.

Absolutely terrible service. He agreed to do my taxes months in advance only to completely ghost me right up until the filing deadline. For weeks, he wouldn't return my calls or emails, and I wasn't sure if he was even going to file my returns at all. Literally hours before the deadline, he finally responded and said he submitted my returns. The amount he wound up submitting as owed turned out to be several thousand dollars higher than the amount he had told me that he had calculated originally, and he ignored my requests for an explanation as to why. He then submitted an invoice for services that was $100 more than what he had quoted me originally, again with no explanation as to why. He never sent me a completed copy of my tax returns, and has ignored my numerous requests for them. I still do not have the returns as of this writing. This guy was awful, bordering on criminally negligent. Stay far away.

Got a call from collections last week because I underpaid my earnings tax for the year I used Kevin to prepare my taxes. Tried to contact him over a week ago, has no responded to any voicemails or emails. Steer clear.

Kevin is a very dedicated professional. Not only did he file my taxes rapidly, he also called me after hours for tax strategy and planning. This only shows dedication and commitment.
