Worst possible auto repair shop i’ve been to. had my car for over a month constantly telling me it’ll be ready one day then keep postponing. Even said the car was ready and the car broke down the very next day. This shop is not worth the time or the money

my only complaint is, the owner told me he retired/closed down the shop. Really liked the place, sad to see they are apparently not open any more.

I have been coming to Ken's Automotive for 3 years now. They are always friendly, fast and reliable. In addition, their prices have always been fair and unlike other automotive shops I have been to, I never feel like they try to sell me services I don't need. These guys know what they are doing, are extremely professional and run an excellent business.

Ken is the only guy I go to. He does all my coworkers vehicles. He is honest and does not rip anyone off. It's cash only but he lets people bring it back later if they don't have it on hand. He's extremely lenient with that sort of thing. Most of the other guys there do not speak English. This has not been an issue for me. You drop off to them and then Ken calls you later and explains what needs to be done. I saw Ken leave the shop to help an older man with his car on the side of the street. A true Good Samaritan!

Been going to Ken for everything on my cars for over 20 years. These guys saying oil change makes no sense. Ken has done everything on my cars and dozens of friends who have also made Ken their only mechanic. He is honest, very reasonable and finds ways to help his customer find the parts they need. His assistant is not fluent in English, but knows the work.
