Super great place to get your haircut! I went in for a perm and a haircut and she gave me exactly what I pictured and imagined.
Great great prices, other places quoted me $180 for a perm + cut and I got it it for $80 at Kala's.
She knows what she's doing and has a lot of experience 10/10! Will get my hair cut there again some time!

I showed a photo of what I wanted and they cut it nothing like the photo. I noticed some things while my hair was being cut but I stayed silent, deciding to trust the process. (Bad Idea) I wear glasses but I obviously had to take them off while they were cutting my hair which means I couldn’t really see which was another reason why I had to mostly trust the process. However, that did not stop me from seeing how short they had left my hair. My hair went down to the bottom of my nose and they cut it above my eyebrow. In the photo I had shown, you could clearly see that they were supposed to cut it to about the same level as my eyes. They left me looking hideous and even after I had said I didn’t like it, the hairdresser tried ghastlighting me into thinking it looked good. Obviously, that didn’t work on me and they still had the audacity to charge full price. I left that place very disappointed and was in tears because of how horrendous the haircut looked. I immediately put my hood on. The only thing I can do about this horrible haircut is wait and let it grow.Service: Haircut
