Pick a different company. Unprofessional and gave me the run around for an hour an a half, and didn’t answer any follow up texts or calls. It was like someone answered my call, asked me where I’m at and said “alright, I’ll see what I can do”.
Save yourself the time. I had another company out within 15 minutes.

I am very grateful to have received help from a Good Samaritan, the right place at the right time. Joey helped me right from a major accident and was kind enough to extend his service to me and to make sure I was alright.
There’s not many people out here that are willing to help others, and thankfully Joey and his team came through for me.

My experience with Joey C's has been outstanding !!! My car was hit out front of my home. I made 1 phone call to Joey C's and they promptly took care of my vehicle! If youre looking for great service and fantastic autobody work done right. Then dont hesitate just give them a call!!!!!

Joey C is the man!! My car broke down because I ran out of gas and it was an emergency. Joe came RIGHT away. was there within an hour to help me. If your using another towing company, your doing it all wrong.Service: Car towing

Joey C's picked up my car and then lied to me and told me after I was going to move it elsewhere for repairs. They told me I would have to pay an extra deductible through insurance if I didn't do it with them (which is of course, not true) and were very upset when they heard that we ultimately decided not have them do the repairs. When the car was brought over to the other body shop for repairs, the keys were missing, and when asked the owner acted like he didn't remember the car before changing his story several times. Joey C's either lost the keys or took them. Either way, had a terrible experience with them and will never use them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else.

I’m not the type of person to complain about anything because I work around the situation. But today I was treated very dismissive like nobody wanted to hear my concerns or questions. These people had me back and forth almost the whole day . Until finally it was done and tired some. But I will not use this place again. The lack of communication and the back and forth was just too much for what had to get done. And it was super cold. One thing that was done right they got there on time.

Axle snapped in the middle of a major road and I was blocking the entire lane horizontal. The driver turned my car and got it up on the flatbed without any issue or more damage. Definitely impressed. Dude should definitely get a bonus for this one.Service: Car towing
