These guys don't play. If you don't want to be ripped off and get your transmission problems fixed right the first time. I HIGHLY recommend these guys for any problems you may be having! They are honest people who know exactly what they are doing!

The most helpful staff ever!They literally took time test drove my truck then explained everything verbatim that was wrong with my transmission. Definitely not a fly by night mechanic. Extremely helpful and professional. I'd definitely refer people to Joe Pirrone transmissions ?

This place had the best customer service. Devin went over and beyond to check and explain in detail what he thinks is wrong with my vehicle. I would visit ten times over if I needed with my vehicle.

Took my truck to get my transmission rebuild and ever since I got my truck back I haven't gotten any problems and my truck run great I would definitely recommend them they are very responsible, reliable, and upfront with everything

I called the shop thinking I had transmission troubles. The employee, possibly the owner, never got his name, was polite and helpful. He allowed me to bring my vehicle in to check it out moments after our conversation. Outside of checking it out, he explained several things about my vehicle’s transmission. He was very honest and upfront about costs and services that my vehicle may or may not need. Fortunately my vehicle didn’t require any service but if I need transmission work in the future I will be going back.

Why is this place listed as being open on Saturday when it's not ?This place is not open on Saturday.Update:I never retract on reviews but I don't think it's a good idea to speak badly about a business you never got the opportunity to visit. These guys are good guys they'll diagnose your car and give you a fair assessment of what's going on and what's the options, with no pressure. Also, reasonably priced on getting the job done. They seem to be a reputable business because I called another transmission shop that recommended them on the spot.So my visit on that particular Saturday may have been just big misunderstanding, you know how it is when dealing with transmission stress.Service: Transmission

Greatest people ever on the phone. They told me what they could do and what they could not do and I appreciate their honesty. If I ever do have problems with my transmission I will definitely take it to these guys just for their honesty over the phone.
