Love shopping here. The owner Mike was nice enough to do me a huge favor. Solid business with a constant revolving door of inventory, fair prices, and great finds. Also the employees at this location are the nicest. An asset to every neighborhood in Philly.

Not as big as their other locations. I did score an item I couldn't live without.

Store staff were rude - refused to entertain request for return, or even offer a possible solution to our issue. Claimed there was a changing room - I looked through the store during our visit and found no place to try things on. Staff blamed us for not knowing this before buying, and ignored us during our visit to pay attention to higher paying customers. There are lots of places in Philly to buy quality furniture for a better price.

This is a really cool little store. Prices were between fair and excellent. The selection of items varied from new to old, common to eclectic. The young lady at the counter was welcoming. I will definitely be popping back in.

The place is a small store inside a corner, first floor apartment. Very few items. They are severely overpriced, and the employee either isnt knowledgeable, or tried to lie.I looked up some woven products by researching the attached tags (small coaster size rugs about 4" x 4") that were being sold for $18, and saw the exact same ones for $4. I asked him if they were old, and he said they were not, and along with some bottle openers those were the only 2 items in the store that were not vintage. I mentioned the mark up and he said he isnt the owner and doesn't know.Well, it turns out there are more markups: woven blankets they are selling for $65.. are actually $15. So, no thanks. Save your time and dont bother with this place.

This place is amazing - strongly recommended for furnishing a Philly apartment or taking your visiting friends/relatives to show off how rad West Philly is :)The prices are much higher than a thrift shop, but that's because the items are unusually high-quality and rare. That said, compared to this type of store in SoHo or Haight-Ashbury, the prices are reasonable - I always walk out with something.

My fiancee and I traveled all the way to West Philly a few days ago in a quest for some furniture for my new place, and Jinxed really delivered! The guys in the store were kind to us, accommodating and knowledgable. The place was clean and set up nice- but was also very Philly and not pretentious if that makes any sense. Anyway, I made a purchase with these dudes and my new plant stand is front and center in my place. I'll be visiting again!!

Purchased a lovely dresser for almost $200 at the West Philly location. Upon getting it home, I find the dresser smells horribly of smoke. The sides of the piece haven't even been wiped down and, after removing the drawers, I see the interior of the piece is extremely dusty. I figured there would be a certain level of quality control at Jinxed, very disappointing.
