Metro I an ideal place for wholesale products that a customer needs to have a yearly membership and you need a business license to purchase , a membership let's you buy how ever much foods and supplies as everything that's in a bar restaurant, grocery store supermarket too .Jetro are wholesalers that also sell frozen and fresh meats and seafood, only products they don't sell is lotting merchandise. Parking is convenient. Workers are friendly.

Food distribution warehouse. Bring a Jacket it's cold in there and it's rite down street from Philadelphia Phillies baseball stadium can't miss it. Great place for deli, restaurants & business owners!!

There is no improvement in customer service. I see and feel that they are angry about everything, but the collectors are sending the client their problems from home to work.

I've been to 5 Restraunt Depot/ Jetro along the east coast and this one is by far the worst
There is a shortage of shopping carts. The ones available are in such disrepair as to make shopping a miserable task
The employees are angry, hard to approach, hard to ask questions. It's a huge store it's hard to find some things. Other RD/Jetro locations employees are happy to help. I wonder if the instacart shopper deluge makes them grumpy. Doesn't matter because finding someone to ask questions is a miserable experience
The lanes are poorly identified and signage needs to be revamped. This rd has more dry goods than the average, things mome and pop corner stores need to resell. That makes finding your product harder than ever. If it's in stock. And the same place you found it last. Time. My 48 and 24 oz containers were in a completely different section of the store on 2 different occasions. Frustrating.
The sole light at jetro is franky in seafood and april in checkout. Franky always packs your fish with Ice, is super accompanying and never resents a question. April always works with a smile and with the veteran attitude that knows no problem is a big problem
Overall if you can avoid going to this location I'd go to another. The only reason this one is still in business I'm sure, is because the local restraunts have no choice. For shame
