We have purchased jewelry from Debs since 1993. Starting with a beautiful diamond engagement ring and wedding band set that Jeff helped us design. Over the years we have purchased many jewelry items from him. Although we now live in Arizona we made a trip back to Philly and had to stop in and see Jeff. My wife fell in love with a tanzanite ring and wanted a pendant to match. Jeff helped create a one-of-a-kind diamond and tanzanite pendant that was beyond our expectations. Jeff and Zac helped me design my Fiancee's engagement ring, and we were so happy with the quality that we went back to them for our both of our wedding rings as well. They were incredibly helpful during the process for someone who knew nothing about rings, I never felt pressured to make any purchases I was not comfortable with, and the quality of their work is fantastic. If I ever need any jewelry in the future, I will make sure to make them my first stop.

Review from John's wife: Love, love , LOVE my ring from Jeffrey Debs! The stone from my 33 year old engagement ring fell out and we decided to replace it with a larger stone, since I love my setting. Jeffrey and Zach helped us choose a beautiful new diamond, but it turned out it was too big for my old ring, so they re-created my beloved setting to accommodate the new stone. It's gorgeous! We are beyond thrilled with it. They also did a great job repairing a few other pieces of jewelry. They showed us some estate pieces they had just received as well, and we ended up buying one of those pieces too. Overall just a great experience with such attention to detail, education on their jewelry, and a beautiful store. Thank you so much Jeffrey and Zach--we will be back!

My fiancé and I got our engagement ring at Jeffrey Debs and we cannot say enough good things about our experience working with him and his son Zach! I met with Jeff and discussed what type of stone I was interested in and he had my dream stone over-nighted to his store the next day for my fiancé and I to look at, and that is ultimately the stone we ended up going with. Jeff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and his prices are very competitive (we did a ton of research before purchasing). He designed me my dream ring and had a 3D printed model of it made for us to look at with our stone before we signed off for the real thing to be made. I recommend Jeff to everyone I talk to in the market for an engagement ring and have already had one of my medical school classmates purchase a ring from him for his fiancé after seeing my ring. Thank you for everything Jeff and Zach!

Extremely happy with Jeffrey Debs! Had to have a new setting made for my diamond ring and requested it to be made exactly like the ring I had ( my ring was 40 years old and prongs were wearing thin) Jeffrey totally put my mind at ease and was thoroughly professional and knowledgeable. I truly recommend coming to this local jewelry store. Zac and the whole team are incredible. My fiancee and I have gone in several times and made purchases. They're consummate professionals and are personable, at that. My fiancee had a very particular idea for her wedding ring. We went to many places, but finally got exactly what she wanted here. We cannot recommend Jeffrey Debs Jewelers enough! My now-husband and I went here when we were first starting to look at engagement ring styles. We have since gotten my engagement ring and our wedding bands from Jeff & Zac. They really spent a lot of time with us and in the end, took complete care of us and our wants. They were also super helpful with a clean and polish before the big day!

My fiancée and I bought our engagement ring from Zac and Jeff about a year ago. Zac took such amazing care of us throughout the entire process that we couldn't imagine going anywhere else for our wedding bands. We recently purchased those as well from here, and Zac provided great suggestions, insights into the science behind the metals and stones, and ensured we found exactly what we were looking for. How do I review perfection? Too much? Maybe, but I am so happy with Debs Jewelers that I am willing to use a phrase that is free from all possible flaws. I would like to share my jewelry journey, but I’ll keep it short so you actually read this review.A disappointing experience with a previous jeweler left me with dashed hopes for a beautiful custom-made engagement ring, a replacement for my original piece that was ruined during sizing (by the same jeweler I might add). After brooding for a week, unable to even set eyes on the ring, with pangs of dismay welling up inside of me, I finally made the decision to find another jeweler, bite the bullet (or rather the piggy bank) and start afresh. What jeweler did I find…Debs!Jeffrey and his son Zach listened to what I wanted. They looked at the pictures I sent. We talked. We tried on another ring that was the band size I wanted, just to be sure. The road to the final product was one we traveled together (I know, a bit cliche, but facts are facts). And then the day came, the big reveal.I was tentative and had to steady my expectations. I hoped for the best but feared a ring that looked not much different from the previous jeweler’s botched job. Readying my poker face I stood before Zach, that little black jewelry box held delicately in his hands. Slowly, he opened the lid uncovering, well, perfection!!I now have exactly, but exactly, what I wanted. Oh, the joy!!Ok, now who doesn’t like a little icing on their cake? When I initially approached Debs Jewelers I told them I was leaving on a trip and hoped the custom-made ring might be done before I go, wanting of course to wear it on vacation. They told me they would try, but a promise was something they could not give. Each day I would check my email, hoping to see those precious words, your ring is ready. It was the Friday before my Tuesday departure that my phone rang with no other than Zach, the bearer of not just beautiful jewelry, but good news!! Yes, my ring was born in time to join me on my travels.Thank you so much Jeffrey and Zach. I will be back!

I will recommend anyone to go Jeffrey Debs Jewelers. When I walked in the store I was greeted by Zac. I had explained to him I wanted a wedding band to match my engagement ring which was originally my wedding ring. He took my my engagement ring and made the exact same wedding band. Zac saved us when we needed same day ring polishes for a wedding the next day. He made sure the store didn’t close before we were able to pick the rings up (we were 5 minutes late due to traffic). All around incredibly kind and reliable service! Thank you!!

Zach was an incredible asset in designing the ring for my future wife. So helpful, and an eye for detail. The process was very smooth and I really felt comfortable getting a feel for right ring for my 1 of 1. 10/10 definitely recommend.
