This place is horrible the doctor totally blew My questions off as if it My presence was an inconvenience in her day she didn't want to even touch Me for the exam. I felt extremely uncomfortable it really felt like racial tension all she wanted to do was rush through the appointment and write a prescription I never returned.

Getting an appt here is impossible. They change your appt and do not notify you. the only way Ive found out my appt was changed was thru a notification via the patient portal that I had an upcoming appt. I waited 20 minutes past my appt time and even arrived early as instructed. The doctor did spend a lot of time taking a medical history ordered labs and xrays. Labs came back abnormal and when I asked about the doctor completely blew off the fact they were abnormal. There were abnormalities on xray, again completely dismissed. Dont waste your time here, go elsewhere

They are totally outside of their element administratively. I have had to reschedule scans and medical procedures multiple times because they either never sent in the required documentation despite saying that they did. They never return calls and really do not have much empathy for their patients. Maybe they are good doctors, don't know as they have yet to diagnose me but boy, dealing with them is infuriating.

The first time I was here...had a possible lupus diagnoses from another Rheum...Dr K. came in after a half an hour of her np or pa taking all of my history, and I guess 15 mins for a debrief for the Dr.She decided I should stay on 200 hydroxychloriquine daily because my numbers are still off, but they are unable to determine the autoimmune disorder. Said she wanted to see me 5 months out. That seemed a bit long for initial visits and still trying to get a diagnoses. She did diagnose Fibromyalgia which I’ve known for years. No official diagnoses. I’ve been taking all of my meds as directed.I just got an endometrial ablation and endo removed. I’m 16 days post op. I didn’t know that there could be prep for fibro patients to experience less pain after surgery. I’m having what I believe is horrible nerve pain, because I’ve had it in different areas of my body.I’ve reached out to my surgeon of course and I’m waiting for my gp tomorrow, and I went to my GI doc.I called Dr. K on Tuesday and I spoke with her NP. She took my info and never called me back. I told her I think I’m experiencing nerve pain and she told me She would call me back. She never called, so I called bk today, Thursday. “ I said I need pain management...I don’t know if I can have tramadol...” she cut me off,” we absolutely do not prescribe narcotics.”I told her, “I don’t know what I need, I might need more nerve meds, I just really need help.”She said, “didn’t Dr. K call you?” I told her no. All the sudden she goes, “oh it says she said go to your GP.”I told her I’ll be going to another office. This is a place where they supposedly treat patients with very serious diseases. I would think it would be a regular thing that people call in pain. I’m very disappointed because they came highly recommended, and this was my second rheum. Everybody’s pain is important and real.

For overall experience, I would give this place a quarter of a star.My years-long experience here was so bad and even strange as in unbelievable it would require a large paper to describe it. Better yet -- a theatrical production. Seriously. My two stars are for the stellar performance of Nurse-Practitioner Beverly who is brilliant and works tirelessly to serve her patients whilst grappling with multitudinous hamperings and strictures from both the insane "giidelines" of a polar and politicized medical system and an incohesive office environment. This was several ago. Again I find myself in need of more formal care and thought of trying them one more time, but the recollections were too many, too vivid and too weird.Who knows, perhaps they've improved.

When you scheduled an appointment long time ago and you found out that your appt got canceled by them on the day of the appt because of "working hour change", and when the assistant tells you to schedule for next available date is what she can do only and the next available date is 3 months later. That's the service they are providing. 5 star.

I have have the worse experience with this clinic. Starting with the receptionist by the name of Andrea who has the worse customer service skills than any other place I've ever called. She is vey rude and non caring about assisting you. Every tine I ask to speak with my doctor she makes up excuse that shes either not or will not available. I ask to have my doctor to call in a script for me and I never get it I have to call back over and over before I ever get it. I have been hospitalized twice because I couldn't get my medications. Each script I request take up to three wes at the most to get it. It is unacceptable to treat patients this way. If aybody can recommend a good Rheumatology office and Doctor please let me know. I am now going to file a complaint against that office and its staff.

Your're on hold for 15 mins just to make an appointment. They gave me someone else's paper work with all their information on it. They barely answer the phone, you leave messages just for no one to call you back and, their supposed to be my second opinion, after getting no results from JEFFERSON guess I'll be looking for a damn third opinion! they will take your co pay and not do a damn thing for you!

I was in the doctor and I wasn't able to walk and they gave me the appointment for two months. I though it was one moth when a get there the girl make me feel like she don't care and after that I told her I can be like that because I work and if she don't take me I have to go to emergency room. She get mad and did a weird gesture. Then In emergency room they did the same they did some lab and send me home with pain and not able to walk like I normally do. So now I'm not going anymore to Jefferson hospital they don't care about people.

I did not like the long wait for my first appointment. I had been in excruciating and undiagnosed pain for 4 months.
I called daily for cancellations. They game me one and my doctor is amazing. I am in her care and have had pain free day with a caring staff.
