I asked James carney to provide me with minimal coverage for a vehicle from 2004 my first payment came out to 283$ I had to call another branch to have them correct the issue.He said the payment was high because it was a Toyota???The other agent was helpful and said I was charged for full coverage.

Called customer service to cancel the insurance because they kept on increasing it every six months even though I was told in in late 2016 by an agent at this branch that it won’t increase. Customer service says that you can only cancel with agent. Called the agent and they said I need to provide a cancellation letter from my current provider. I cancelled before with progressive insurance and never had to provide that nor had to call the agent. Called my current provider and asked for a cancellation letter. Filled and sent to the email the agent provided. I called the agent and asked if they got the email and they said they didn’t and gave me another email. I asked the agent at this branch that if she can could give me a confirmation once she received it but no such email are sent. I called back customer service at Allstate next day and they told me that it wasn’t cancelled and the lady at the customer service apologized and cancelled it for me. This people are not professional and they will give you a hard time when you try to cancel. Just go with some other Allstate provider

Great experience with them no complaints. When I came back to Allstate I wanted to talk to Kenia again she has a great attitude. Kenia was very helpful. Thank you!

If you are using this agency ask for Kenia. She is extremely helpful and always makes sure I am happy with the service that the agency is providing. Anytime I need assistance with my policy she is there to help and thoroughly explain everything to me. She is patient and answers all my questions, something that is rare in customer service these days. Thank you Kenia!!!!
