Ms.ALICE WALKER WAS SO PATIENT AND INFORMATIVE AT THE BROAD AND ERIE AVE BRANCH. It was like she was more of a auntie rather than a tax preparer. I will be filing with her next year. I will also recommend her to friends and family.
