My experience was very good, giving it was my first time, I was confused on certain things he was saying to me but he took his time and thoroughly explained to me to what I was confused about, also outgoing I didn't feel uncomfortable talking to him or anything so my experience was very good

I previously had filed my taxes last year in Florida and was having so many issues with getting my AGI from last year. I needed my returns from last year and this gentleman took care of it right away. He was very respectful and I appreciate him for helping me right away. His name was Frederick!
