I’ve had work done on three different vehicles at JD’s. It’s a family run business with excellent prices and quality workmanship. Highly recommend for all your car paint , body and detail work. After my paint job was completed, I noticed a minor detail I needed taken care of. JD got me in and out the next day, now my car is perfect. Thank you to John and the whole team!

J.D.'s Auto Body, did an excellent repair on my daughter's car. The service was very coordinated from the time I stepped into their establishment. Very courteous, timely fashion and the estimate was the most reasonable. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. ? ??

This was my first time using JD’s Repair Shop. I was pleasantly surprised by the tow truck driver who came to retrieve my vehicle to tow it to the shop. He was professional, yet easy to talk to. He showed concern for how my car was damaged and I was impressed with that. I didn’t get his name.
Prior to him getting to the location to tow my car, I talked to Juanita at the shop. The first conversation with her was abrupt and unprofessional. She told me not to let my car be towed away until she called me back with information about my rental. Ask me if that call back ever happened? It did not. She is also unable to multitask. While we were on the phone, I was asking questions about the process of getting my car repaired. She said, “I’ll answer your questions when you come pick your car up. I have customers in front of me, so…” Mistake and unprofessional encounter number one.
The email that Juanita originally sent me had the wrong insurance company on it, but was addressed to me. Mistake number two. I called the repair shop to get a better explanation of what to expect regarding the repairs and a total. I spoke with JD. He was patient and professional. He did not make me feel like I was asking too many questions or like he was too busy to thoroughly answer my questions. He clarified the miscommunications and mistakes that Juanita made when I spoke with her. This happened on Thursday. I accepted the shop fully detailing my car. Fast forward to when my car was ready for pick up. Juanita calls me early in the morning again. She says my car is ready and asks if I’ve received the check from my insurance to cover the repairs. I hadn’t received it yet, and told her that I’d call her back once I had spoken with the insurance company. I believe this was on a Wednesday. I called my insurance company as soon as I hung up with Juanita. I had my insurance company send the check directly to the repair shop directly so that the shop could get their money quickly. I also hate being the “middle man.” According to my insurance company, payment was confirmed and sent on Wednesday. The shop received it on Friday. Keep in mind, I’m still waiting for Juanita to call me when the payment was confirmed. Instead of calling me, she sends me a text saying that my car has accrued a storage fee of $25 per day since Wednesday of last week. Mistake number three. As many times as my husband and I had talked to Juanita, we had not been informed of a storage fee once the car was ready for pick up. One of the many unfortunate parts about this experience was that my hands were tied. I couldn’t pick up my car without my husband, but that didn’t seem to matter. The last time we called the shop for clarity, I wanted to speak with Mr. JD again, Juanita says, “He’s gone. I’m Mrs. JD.” I brought to her attention how unprofessional she (her tone of voice and short snappy answers) and this experience had been. She says, “Oh anyone who comes here, knows that’s how I am.” (Who says that to a customer??!) Mistake number four.
While my husband was trying to explain to her that I couldn’t get my car on my own because someone needs to bring me to the shop to pick up my car and he doesn’t get off work in time to get to the shop before they close, she was constantly interrupting and talking over him. Once she stopped talking and heard what he was saying, she was gracious enough to take one day of the storage fees off.
Update: It is 7/8/24, my husband and I picked my car up. While I don’t have any complaints about the body work that they did, the “full detail” (interior and exterior), should have been better. My cup holders are dirty, floor mats are on the seats, and the driver’s seat is now unable to slide up and back. Looking at the key tag, I see that the wrong car was written on the tag, but it was attached to my key. Is a degree required to be attentive and professional?!

My husband recently took his car to JD's Autobody and I seen what a good job they did. Unfortunately, I was in an accident soon after and immediately took my car to JDs. They assisted me with contacting by insurance to put the claim in and walk me through each step of the claim and repair process. My car was repaired fast! Sooner then I was expected! They also had my car clean with complimentary hand wash/vacuum.
Highly Recommend this place! Please go!

I've used this service with several vehicles I have owned. They do exceptional work on a timely basis. They do great work. When your insurance try to send your car to an anonymous shop, redirect your auto work to JD's. Talk to Wynetta she'll go out of her way to get your car back soon.

Everything was done professionally and extremely well. Very affordable. The owner takes pride in his work! I was hoping it was going to be done a little faster, but you can't rush perfection. See the before and after photos.

I have been to JDs auto body shop on different occasions body work , brakes etc. they did a fantastic job each time I came . Black own business for well over 25 plus years I also recommend my mother to this shop as well just recently JDs auto body did a tire job on my mothers ford fusion they do it all here I would recommend this shop to anybody not to mention the prices are very affordable as well Mr. JDs crew does good work bring your car in show love ❤️ ask for him or Ms wynita God bless

They did a good job with the car. They were fast, knew the car well and very reasonably priced. The staff was friendly. They should let you know in advance about the credit card service fee or offer Zelle as an alternative. I would go back.

My first experience at JD's auto body was excellent. So good I took my vehicle back a second time for work I should have had done at my first visit. Each time I took it in three (3) days later my car was back to me. Know how you can tell the work was done right. The Mrs. looked at it and gave the seal of approval. It doesn't get any better than that. She is very happy.

I received excellent service for my auto body repairs. The owner was very informative, and the staff was extremely friendly. I was given accurate estimates and decent pricing. My expectations were met and the services to my car was top notch. Thank you to JD for being very helpful, knowledgeable, and taking the time out to breakdown my car needs. The staff made sure the repairs was done in timely fashion and even touched up a few extra things. I will definitely come back in the future to get repairs and touch ups done to my car.
