“I just had service installed, so it’s possible my feelings could change, but so far I am THRILLED. From the warm and genuine customer service on the phone, to the clear and responsive appointment setting, to the friendly and mellow techs that installed for us it’s been very refreshing considering the treatment one normally receives from the big corporate companies.My speed has been fast up/down thus far and they don’t sell data. Hard to see a downside if it’s in your parameters of speed and you’re in the service area.”

I made the mistake of going to the store on 17th and Chestnut first and they didn't help me so I came back here and once again they were helpful. Honestly, this is THE BEST T-Mobile store in the city! Tynesha (sorry if i got the spelling wrong) hands down is the best employee ever! Broke down plans and cost for me, was so patient with letting me transfer everything over and gave me the best deal with the best plan. Going forward I will always pick this location. “Thank you Mike for your useful tips and helpful policy knowledge! I was interested in knowing a little more about my recent Apple Watch purchase and possibly terminate my plan. Mike gave me a few options and when I decided to return the watch he was patient and still had a smile on his face. He mention since it was shipped to me (ordered online from a T-Mobile store) and within the 14days of purchase I could avoid a restocking fee, have a label emailed to me, and the plan could be cancelled the same day! So I called 611 right there and then and it was all true! I even received a refund for the taxes I paid on it. Thank you Mike for your patience, useful knowledge, and willingness to help!”
“First, I'm not a fan of Xfinity services and wish I had more of a choice in Internet providers and I've been having extreme problems in the last month. I went in to return a phone after cancelling my mobile account 12 hours after I signed up. I don't have a printer etc and told a supervisor that I would return the cellphone at a store. This Comcast store was clean, well lit, was told immediately that someone would be with me in a few minutes. Jamirah told me to go back and she would help me. She went above and beyond! After telling me that they didn't accept returns from purchases online and after going through my last few weeks, she helped me with printing the return label, putting everything back together and letting me know that I could drop it off across the street at a UPS. She was very friendly and helpful and it's seriously been a highlight to a rather dissatisfying experience with Comcast/Xfinity. Thank you Jamirah for making the return possible and painless. I truly appreciate the help you understanding you afforded me”

Brian was able to clearly explain all expected payments and knew how to handle all issues. He was patient through the whole process even when it was past closing time Brian stayed late to help us wrap everything up.”
