I have not been in a city with an Ikea store in close 8 years now. I was thrilled that Philly had one. I found some great storage solutions that I was needing when I moved to a 1930s row home. The items were just what I needed and a fraction of the cost from other big box stores. This store was clean, staff with great people, and the lines at checkout went smoothly. I am excited for more trips to the store!

I go to Ikea for 19 years nothing happens. Into 2024, at the restaurant they always don't have milk, ketchup, napkins, and etc. When I ask one of the workers at the Ikea, that they have no more milk, they say ok. But never take the milk out. When white man asks one of the workers, that they have no more milk, they take the milk out. I feel that one of the workers is racist and treat people different from their race. Sometimes the foods they give, the foods too little and don't look like the menu. I feel like they give more foods to the people by their race. For example, if they are white, they give them more foods or give them the foods that look like the menu. If they are Asian, they give them less foods or give them the foods that did not look like the menu. When I take some coffee, one of the workers keeps looking at me, and not looking at someone else. When I need more milk, I ask one of the workers for more milk they say that we all can only get one cup of coffee.

There was a lot to see with plenty of reasonably priced items. I came here with my boyfriend to see if there would be anything we like since our little family is moving to a different state soon. Let me just say there's plenty of cute furniture, showrooms that offer great ideas, and the aesthetic seems to be on par with what's popular today. However it wasn't warm and inviting and none of the workers greeted us. I say all of this to basically say my experience here was ok, haha.

I had the worst experience ever.
everything was so confusing...the staff didn't help me at all..they were mean to me...specially the lady from the furniture pick up. nobody told me that I had to pick up by myself one part of the order e the order piece pick up furniture.. sooo confusing..I'll never come back.

They have the rudest customer service team in Philadelphia. They hang up the phone on a customer who has a 10-year warranty and doesn’t want to purchase a new mattress out of pocket just 6 months after purchasing a new one from IKEA.
