This place is awesome. I took my iPad in with a cracked screen thinking they would keep it a day or two. 10 minutes after dropping it off, I got a call from the iGeek techHe said my screen was in stock and I could pick my tablet up in 15 minutes. My iPad works perfectly and they had it only 30 minutes.

This place has the worst customer service and has a repeated history of giving customers terrible products, not taking their complaints seriously, and therefore scamming customers when they refuse to refund them. Do NOT go here.

My experience could not have been worse, they scammed me into buying a phone, that overheated and didn’t work and REFUSED to refund me.Owner can comment back but not call me to discuss as requested? I absolutely did not give his employee my instagram. I tipped to be a good neighbor before I realized what had happened to me. The employee told us the owner constantly lies and decieves people. I was never explained anything.

Purchased some items with an itemised invoice. Several items were misrepresented.- iMac M3 was in fact an iMac M1.- iPad 7th Generation was an iPad 5th generation.Vendor can reach out to make it right by offering a partial refund.

I went into this "store" today to get the lens on my iPhone fixed. I was in there previously to ordered the part and to leave a deposit. I received a vm yesterday (12/11) saying that the part had arrived and to come down anytime between 11-6.I went down there today to get my phone fixed at five and the only people in there were two women and a child. They looked like they were cleaning the place. One of the women took a look at my phone and then asked that I have a seat. About a minute later she handed me her phone. On the other side was someone named Jeremy. He initially asked me to come by tomorrow which I was not going to do. I asked him how do I know if I come by tomorrow that the same thing would not happen again. He then said that he had a sick call to which I replied how is that my issue. I said that if you cant fix my phone which I already paid for during store hours then I would like a refund.Then all of sudden he is like I will come by and fix your phone. Then he implied that he was doing me a favor. Ok you are coming to your store during store hours to fix my phone. How are you doing me a favor? Then he said that the part had been there for a while and implied that if I was more prompt in responding I would not have the problem that I was having. I asked him when he called and he said Sunday. I checked my phone and he called yesterday and said come by to get it repaired. At that point the level of incompetence was beyond belief. I again requested a refund and Jeremy replied that we dont do refunds and hung up the phone.This place is so poorly run and the customer service is some of the worst I have even seen. The place is always either closed or empty. If you dont want to work the hours you are open then change them If you are looking for a place to get your computer or iPhone fixed this is not the place to go.

I needed my camera replaced on my iPhone and I stopped into iGeeks. They just happened to have a replacement in stock and were able to squeeze me in without an appointment. I was in and out in 20 minutes and my camera is working!! Jose was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend using their services!

Customer service was so poor, they kept pushing back my screen getting fixed, left my phone with them for 4 days and they still didn't fix it, had to go to ubreakifix and it got fixed in 2 hours, and they didn't put back the screws when they took my phone apart and my Sim card, had to pay extra, NEVER GO TO THIS REPAIR SHOP!!!

This place is an Amazon package pickup location. It's hours of operation are supposed to be 11-6. Several times I've gone to pick up packages and NO ONE IS THERE and DOORS ARE LOCKED. Very annoying.

Waited for close to an hour for the clerk to show up but I don't think anyone actually works here. Even the Amazon lady said no one is ever there. Stay away if you're planning on stopping by. Not worth the waste of time.
