Great service, staff was knowledgeable about (speaking as a tourist) Ben Franklin Parkway and the Betsy Ross house. Prices are pretty good, also. Highly recommend as a flag loving tourist of Philly.

Humphrey's was closed when we went to visit. Sharing a photo of a well-used bookswap stall outside Humphreys, with quotes from Ben Franklin.Will try again to get in the historic shop.

The flag quality was great and the price was average for the high quality flags the place was amazingly messy and things were everywhere I’m sorry for writing this but I hope it gets cleaned up !!
