Not even one star to give this branch.2 days ago trying to get some changes, teller was on break 11:50am. told me back in 20 minutes. Today visit again to get some changes teller was off today and told come back tomorrow. REALLY? only one teller in the bank and only one key to open change box? I have enough trouble with this branch since 13th and Market was closed and move to this location.I will move to other BANK. No more stress....

hsbc they take their customers account as merchandises to sell to the other bank and charge money from those accounts. They take peoples money and people personal information as their things to selling. And payer is those accounts people not the bank that they deal to or they pay. bank company do this things Is causing peoples personal information keep shear let so many places know expose and they do one time those customers will pay one time. If they keep do this things. Customers will keep pay money to them for get or do nothings. They got money from customers freely. This is horrible and evilness

hsbc has stolen my money and refused my request to have my money given to me despite showing up in person with photo id and following all procedures.. please report your concerns to bbb who will work towards fair resolution. Hsbc has been fined for millions. Their customer service is horrible.

The atm is great! I never had to work with the tellers in there, not that it matters since everyone is getting migrated to Citizens bank in 22.

I went to the branch to do some transaction and the teller's attitude was really bad. She said something which I didn't understood at first so I asked her to repeat and she repeated two three times impatiently rolling her eyes. I have been at many banks in Philadelphia doing similar transactions and there has never been a teller giving me such a bad attitude or even close to this attitude. She may had a bad day but I personally also did restaurant service before and I always kept in mind that no matter how your day is, you should ALWAYS provide the best service when you're at work. In addition, the service here has never been that great because of certain people's attitude but today it really touched my boundaries. Whoever that's reading my review, please reconsider when coming here. If you're the manager of this bank reading this review, please advice your workers how they should talk to customers and I only remember the teller's name starts with the letter C and she sat toward the left side.

This bank scammed me out of my $750 promotion. I signed up for a premier checking account in October. I met all the requirements including the $5000 monthly direct deposit. I was just informed that I did not qualify for the promotion (despite numerous emails starting back in November) because "I didn't click through the right landing page". I know for a fact that I clicked through the promotion. However I have no way to prove it. A real bank would have sent a code to my email upon sign up of the promotion, but I can see the overall goal of this bank is to scam people out of the promotion they deserve. Not to mention, there is a Netflix documentary and other well documented evidence that they are money launders and provide financing for criminals of the world. Furthermore, their online banking platform looks like its from 1995. Shame on anyone who works at this bank, they are criminals.

My account manager hasn't answered my call for a week! Going to them to know that he is going on vacation! A group of arrogant and rude people walk around. After reviewing all the information, I didn’t even know if I got up. I have saved so many deposits, is it to see your eyes? Beware of the toxic products they recommend
