Was charged 400 to file only 5000 dollars. I usually pay around two something. I could have done my taxes myself and paid way way waaayyy less than 400. I am very upset. I go to HnR block every year so I don't understand how nobody could have given a ball park of how much it would be to file with them..I would of politely declined and did it myself.

Had a great experience! Was able to make an appointment that met my schedule and was helped by a super friendly tax professional. Made the filing process easy to understand and answered any questions I had. Even got me eligible for new credits and reviewed every fee line so I understood if I owed anything.
