The alleged Ms. Rachel Brown is rude & confrontational. I guess we are supposed to be impressed by her complaining that she needs to put on some BIGGIE. NOT. Too old for all that. She helps rookie Mr. Shaw but constantly berates him for this so called help. Supervisor McCoy is a sweetheart but a Conflict of interests prevents her from calling Ms Brown, but she instead calls out my name when I check her. Tone means a lot so Ms Brown is not going to talk to me any old kind of way. That's what we not gonna do. All those Ma'ams I gave you? You loss them.

I had been utilizing a different tax preparation service for over a decade now and made the mistake of going to H&R Block. Although they are knowledgeable in some areas concerning tax laws, I found that my tax preparer was unable to listen to hear me to understand that my question and situation was not a challenge to her knowledge, but a question for direction as it regarding my filing. Long story short, I had to reach out to my original tax preparation service to gain the detailed clarity, instruction and guidance that I required. If you are not a one size fits all tax payer and require additional direction or guidance then don't come here.
