Absolutely are not qualified to do taxes… a lot of mistakes made!!! We are very unhappy with the service we sat there for hours and was quoted one return price and their system glitched or the person just didn’t know what she was doing, she used turboTax. Instead of H&R Block system and got 2 very different returns then promised us a certain amount back then once the problem got “fixed” she calls with a completely lower return a few Thousand lower!!! Very unprofessional talking about personal life that wasn’t asked about etc…. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The experience was lovely as always with HR Block. I've been going to HR Block for over 10yrs yo get my taxes done and I've never had any type of problem or issue, I've always left being more informed and educated than I was when I walked in.
