Had an appointment at 12:30pm and didn't get to see someone until 2:45pm. OVER TWO HOURS sitting in a waiting room after my scheduled appointment time.Don't waste your time. Some advice: doing your own taxes is easier than you think. There's a free software on cash.app (it's called Cash App Taxes) that will walk you through it and get it done in a few minutes. Even the most expensive version of TurboTax is at least $200 cheaper than wasting your time and money here.

I called and. made an appointment here for April 12th at 2:00. I got an e-mail confirming it. I went to the desk and told the receptionist about my appointment and she never said that I did not have one, that I was just unassigned which is not what my e-mail said. She knew I was waiting there for 2 hours. Then the representative came out and said I did not have an appointment there and was unassigned. He didn't care about seeing the e-mail that confirmed my appointment there. He would not take me and told me to go to another office and wait there. The receptionist , the representative who does the taxes knew nothing about who has a confirmed appointment and really don't care. Now at this late date, I have to find someone to do my taxes. Don't go there. They do not know what they are doing and on top of that really don't care how much they inconvenience you.
