I scheduled an appointment, arrived about 15 mins early only to find chaos. No receptionist (fine, allegedly they had been sick), but when asked about my appointment they didn’t have any clue what was going on. They asked if I was assigned anyone, on my email.. never was. When asked about uploading documents I informed them I didn’t have a chance… I wanted about 30mins after my appointment time, I was seen… cool.I was seen by an individual who was chaotic, fumbling throughout the time we had together, and asked me things that seemed to make no sense. As I had already spent an hour there, only about 15 mins being seen by a tax specialist.. I was asked to come back tomorrow.. I agreed as I had to work the overnight shift at my job.I was left a voicemail about how to proceed later that evening. I didn’t get it it before my overnight shift. I did reach out via phone call the next morning, attempting to notify them I was on my way. No answer.I arrived at the location… only to be presented with people asking “why are you here?” Including the person who completed my tax forms in the first place. She called me by the wrong name, when I arrived at her desk my paperwork was crumpled up, and the thing’s completed were half explained to me… as I found out AFTER THE FACT.Never have I ever had an issue at previous H&R Block’s locations. This is the first that my items weren’t completed day of, I was spoken to in a condescending manner, the specialist was entirely unprofessional and aloof, as a result I’ve determined I’ll never come here again.

Horrible experience at the 3rd and Oregon location. My state taxes were never filed and when I called upset the manager Jim was very arrogant and unprofessional. Told me to call corporate and hung up on me. Never again will I do business with them. They also charged me close to $500 and never got the refund I was told I would get.

At the next to the last minute I call got an appointment and with in 30 minute was waiting for my return. These guys are on the money and super nice

After a horrible experience trying to get taxes done with Hewitt Jackson, I went to H&R Block in Oregon Plaza.Went to drop off and Joanne did my return right there! Wow.Truly great people there. And knowledgeable...... 5 Stars for sure!
