Beautiful and historic venue for a wedding ceremony. We visited in July. It was a little warm because no air conditioning. We really enjoyed the Quaker self-uniting ceremony with no officiant and it was very special that every guest signs the wedding certificate.

Unreal event space, such a hidden gem filled with history, and wonderful flexible amenities and staff. With a comprehensive tour, we knew we would use the space for our Philly wedding weekend - and if they had AC in the largest room, and we had fewer guests, we would’ve had our whole wedding here!Jenn helped us secure ASMH for a Friday night dinner, Saturday lunch, and parking for the weekend. The rates are incredible and you’re contributing to maintaining this important space and community. They have tons of chairs and tables, AV options, and flexibility to rent different sized spaces.Jenn was communicative, and so helpful in designing our event and recommended other trusted vendors who would work well in their space. When we had late-breaking changes, their team was helpful and accommodating to evolve with us. I’ll

Austere and avowedly egalitarian, the nave doesn't offer a great deal to see (except the old-time sounding board: still works!), but exhibits explain Quaker values, history, and contributions, which were/are truly remarkable. Quiet contemplation is the name of the game here. And where better to learn about the Society of Friends than this historic congregation in the heart of old Philadelphia?

I poped in to get out of the rain. I was surprised by the Interesting history. The staff was very friendly and knew her stuff. The exhibits tell a decent story. I love the simple arcitecture of this historic building. Definitely worth a look. Glad the rain led me here.

Super friendly staff, really important site to the history and current life of Quakers. The meeting hall(s) are a wonderful peek into Quaker worship then and now. The museum also gives really interesting snapshots of Quakers in America and in global action.

A wonderful place to visit with your family highly recommend to go. This location is very very safe with lots of security they apply to all the covid-19 regulations. I have been to all the historic areas in Philadelphia they're in so much to see I think everyone would enjoy it. Keep up the good work Philadelphia 5 stars all the way

A quiet, authentic Friend's Meeting House. I hadn't been there for about 10 years for a wedding. This time I was there, sadly, for a funeral. It is a place that makes me feel peaceful, welcome and thoughtful.

I happened to find the Meeting Jouse right before a Wednesday evening meeting for worship and decided to attend. It was a nice quiet meeting and the Friends were very welcoming!

For a public park they sure dont treat it like that. They act like it their land and park and have a bad attitude.
