Brought my car March 2020. After handing them my money, they explained to me I would have to wait for the title because they didn't have it and this was their usual procedure. I was skeptical (Because who sells a car without the title) but because of the condition the car was in and how much I really needed a car at that moment I purchased the car anyway. After waiting about a week and hearing nothing about my title, I called and they said it would be there but again still no call. I went with my boyfriend to see what was the hold up because the EPC light and check engine light came on. I talked to Sean to see if it was possible for me to get a refund the answer was no. So I kept the car but demanded my title. He intern got defensive and yelled at me in my boyfriends face. while my boyfriend gave him the benefit of the doubt, I was still skeptical. As I seen that his business with shady. After that incident, magically, the title was in. I always knew I was going to leave a review but I wanted to wait at least a few months to make sure my review was accurate. After putting over $3000 into my Volkswagen Jetta, my car is running smoothly. That's the only reason why I gave them three stars. Their customer service is trash, they do not care about you or your family. If your car breaks down or what you have to do. They only car about selling cars. So if you don't have money or time to fix your car this is not the lot for you. Approach this car lot at your own risk!!! P.s. you will not find integrity here!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! - We took our car over for a simple oil change. Very next day on our way to the store the Change Oil and Low Oil light came on. They apparently did nothing other than took our money. Unless you have money to throw away and don’t need your car for 36 hours, this is your place!!!

DO NOT BUY OR GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE JOKE OF A PLACE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! IM NOT EVEN MAD I LOST SUM MONEY JUST WANNA SAVE REST OF YALL THE TROUBLE AND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.... Worst car repair shop in the world took a car there that i bought there to get serviced because the oil was leaking from the top of the engine and the owner of the shop just took a cloth and wiped it off and gave it back to me and said what can u do it a old car it was not even that old it was a 2002 and he said when i find out more about it i will call u back which he never did and ever since i got that car from there it been having issues and he selling cars with check engines and just clearing it and selling it this shop don't know how to fix cars that right way they are just doing the least so u can return and get more service done. So knowing that i took it to get serviced sum where else and they were able to get to get me back on the road for few months and then after a while i went to get gas and then i tired to start the car and it wouldn't start so i took it back high tech automotive to get it fixed but before i did that i have a expert look at the car and the guy said the engine went bad because of the initial oil spill that caused the oil to come from the top of the car spilled in to the timing belt that why the engine went bad. so i took it to them to change the timing belt and they were not able to get the car to start and then he tired to charge me storage fee i was not having that so after that i got my csar back and i had sumone else look at it and they said who ever tired to put the timing belt on the car did the worst job they have ever seen because it was not even on properly and it was so loose. SO IF YOU ARE PLANING ON TAKING YOUR CAR TO THEM TO GET IT FIXED JUST DONT SAVE OUR SELF THE TROUBLE AND MONEY JUST TAKE IT TO YOUR DELEAR OR A FAMILY FRIEND NOT THIS SHADY LOSERS SHOP. I WILL POST PIC OF THE TIMING BELT LATER
