Random charges to your card months after even with no current rental and no record of reciept for it being from fuel charges or anything, just a charge, no way to speak to a live agent, sends you through teleprompts that send you back to online, I will never use hertz again. They cannot be Trusted with the card information necessary for rental. Be prepped for random charges if used, mine was 210.00 with no explanation and “nothing comes up on their end”

Very rude some the staff and Very disappointing with service. I would say this is the biggest mistake I made purchasing a car from here. I suggest everyone not to buy a car from here.

Tim was nice and genuine. He had amazing customer service. He wasn’t pushy at all. Extremely helpful with everything and still made sure he was helpful after the purchase. Texted me to make sure if I had any questions or concerns when I got home and made it known he would be happy to answer any of them. When you go to Hertz for a car, I recommend asking for Tim. Thank you very much Tim for all your help guiding us through the entire sale process. We are very happy with our purchase.

I had theeeee best experience buying my new Tesla car from hertz car dealership in Philly! Tim guided me through this experience…he kept me updated, he was always available to answer calls/messages! He made the process super easy! His customer service is exceptional…he’s very pleasant, knowledgeable & friendly!! He also made sure my family & I were comfy getting to know our new electric vehicle! He gave me the biggest smile…I know I made a great decision with my purchase! If you need a car…please save yourself a headache & ask for Tim from hertz!

My dad and I went in to purchase a car after a 3-day rental. Tim was such a great help in this process. He was willing to answer any questions and assist where needed. You can tell he really prioritizes customer experience. Tim even checked up on me to make sure everything was good after the purchase.

We have wonderful experience at Hertz Car Sales in Philadelphia. Tim was an excellent salesman. We spoke on the phone inquiring about a vehicle that we are interested in. He was able to hold the vehicle for us until we arrive. It took us about 2 hours to get there. Once we arrived, Tim was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was very patience answering all our questions and concerns as this is our first electric vehicle purchase. We would highly recommend Tim as your salesman for your next vehicle purchase. Hertz in General was difficult to deal with. Their website is not accurate regarding inventory. It's hard to reach someone at the location. Cars are sold quickly and they won't take a deposit. Tim however, was great to work with and helped me get the car I wanted. He was upfront and friendly.

I had my eye on a particular suv prior to visiting and thankfully was assisted by Tim Phan. Tim went beyond the call of duty during my visit and afterwards assisting with numerous issues that helped me tremendously. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful!

I was able to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted through Hertz. My first visit was late on a Friday afternoon and even though I had an appt, they were so busy I had to leave before talking to anyone, which was disappointing. Fortunately I met Tim Phan on my next visit. He was great and helped us get things completed. He is a great listener and great communicator. Can’t recommend him enough. As long as you time it right, Hertz is a place to get a great deal with no haggle pricing and a good used car.
