Do not moved in this apartment I only been living here for 5 months the worst place I ever moved too the central air barely work every week it’s a new issue and everytime u tell the complex they never fix the issues this is ongoing the rent is almost $2000 a month and they gnna tell u the air conditioning is a bonus it dnt come with the unit but on the website it say central air is including they dnt care about there tenants just money the leasing office dnt care I had about 20 issues in the last 5 months anybody I run into say they hate the unig Smh

Hello! I was waiting for a few months to see how it is going and what i can share:
+ large rooms, balconies, a lot closets. Parking enough space. We don't hear our neighbors it's great!
New renovated gym; good swimming pool, just 12 pm too late for me and my family to go there because it's hot already. But it's not there rules, ok.
Didn't have any problem with receiving letters or amazon
- when something breaks - they don't rush to come to fix it. First month we had water in a kitchen and living area under the floor covering for Month!!!! We walked on the floor and the water came out of the cracks. Only later( after many complains) they came and found it in one day and fixed. Something small, ok, they can come in a few days. Right now: water is draping from the cran in bathroom for 4 weeks!!!! They said: it's not leaking lol, but just to change gaskets faucet they don't do it. Yesterday through the day the water started leaking from the ceiling fan. Just neighbors had a shower or who knows what and that water dripping on my floor. I called to the office, send complain with pictures - nobody came! It happened afternoon today again! I called to the office, left a message to maintenance, complain with picture through the app - nobody came!!! Usually after business hours they still have maintenance. I called 10!!!! times - nobody answer! Tomorrow is July, 4 nobody works and when my neighbors will have shower - their water will come to my bathroom! Thx dear maintenance for happy holidays! I will enjoy the dirty water and smell in my apartment , but you of course enjoy your happy independence day!

My daughter and newborn grandson lives there. Only been there a year and so many problems with the place not cleaned, infest with Mice’s and insects, the elevators always has trash and smells like urine all the time. The tenants just throws trash off their balconies and it’s stays that way for days. The front doors locks are constantly Broke. It’s not secured at all too many crime scene incidents. The rent is not cheap people are paying top dollar for this trash of a place. Something needs to be done.

Was there for 3 LONG years. Kind of like doing time. It's considerably more run down than the website would suggest. Lots of folks with junky balconies. The smell of Marijuana in the hallways is about as strong as the smell of urine in the elevators. Although since you have a high probability of getting stuck in the elevator (first day I moved in it happened and several times since) I guess smelling dried urine is a smaller price to pay. About the only thing this place has going is its location. In nice weather it's an easy walk to German Town and Chestnut Hill. The neighbors were mostly nice and kept to themselves. Ok, there some amenities for children and a pool but for the price one pays the apartments really need to be tended to more. Repair tickets go unanswered and when I did get something "fixed" they broke something of mine in the process and then just left it that way. Oh... and on the package front - just expect them (or anything else not locked down) to be stolen. Parking is "ok" and remarkably I never had any issues with my car being vandalized or broken into.

Living at henry on the park was its own hellscape. and 2 years later they still are trying to cause issues for me. while living here i dealt with roaches and mice for months, issues with the enamel on the tub pealing since my move in date, and my ceiling raining for weeks and turning brown. which they did absolutely nothing for in any kind of timely fashion. not to mention other aspects of my stay - the faint smell of trash in every building, packages going “missing
g,” screaming children at any time of day, and someone dying on the property that they needed to disclose to everyone? and if you send them an email or call the office you either get no response at all or are met with someone who is condescending and rude. do yourself a big favor and do not apply to live her.

I Love this place, I really like Ms Yuliia, she is so attentive to us thank you Henry on the Park for having such a pleasant Representative for your property. Also thanks for Mr. Raymone Moore, your Maintenance staff for coming in a timely manner and solving my issue but being able to answer questions about the property. He is also an Asset, and then there's Sammy he is Smart, knowledgeable and a matter of fact also an asset. Ms. Andrews very professional and to the point knowledgeable and I think is doing a great job. We went to the Grand opening and played on that FABULOUS Pool table We won't never leave??☺️
