We bought my husband's wedding band here a few years ago and when I inherited a few outdated pieces, I came back to see if they could design custom rings using the heirloom materials. Jena helped me out from my arrival, thru drawings, then renderings. I'm incredibly happy with the end products. The staff is great and the process was easy. This will be my go-to jeweler for years to come.

I am located in Texas, and Rob, Nicole, and the team at Harry Merrill & Son worked efficiently and diligently to design a STUNNING & elegant bracelet to add to my collection. They offered extremely helpful feedback and really worked with me to expand my inspiration photos into something unique I would have never thought of myself. They responded quickly and the turn-around time from first contact to getting my piece in the mail was only a little over a week. I am so excited about this piece!! I have already received so many compliments! Thank you so much!

I entered a contest on instagram that Harry Merrill and Sons had along with the Steam Pub, It was a complementary dinner for two and a ruby necklace. The food was delicious and the Ruby, necklace was absolutely stunning! I will definitely visit Harry Merrill and Sons for any jewelry purchase or repair!

It has been quite a while since I have written a review, but I could not pass up the opportunity to share what a wonderful experience I had at Harry Merrill & Son…
After nine years, I *finally* decided to propose to my girlfriend, and as any guy would, I wanted both the ring and the experience to be as special as possible. I started out at two local jewelers recommended to me, but each left me feeling like I just went to the big box jeweler that begins with the letter ‘K’ in the malls across America. Each tried to sell me a premade ring and said they could “modify” it to “make it custom” if I wanted. No thank you!
I then went to Harry Merrill on the recommendation of a family member and met Rob and Nicole. What I experienced there was something entirely different. Starting with the stone(s) and building the setting, Rob advised on what would make the best ring, took the time to answer my 101 questions, and listened to everything that I wanted. I must add that I am pretty OCD about purchases that are much smaller than this, so you can imagine what I put Rob through! He was patient and kind the entire way and gently guided me in a direction that I did not think I wanted to go in at first, but looking back I am incredibly glad I took his advice. Once everything was set into motion, Nicole stayed in contact every step of the way and was so accommodating when I had questions or had to pop in to make a change, which there were numerous instances of.
What I proposed with is a one-of-a-kind piece that is timeless, elegant, and stunning. My fiancée absolutely loves the ring, as do I. Whether it is an engagement ring or an everyday piece, do not overlook Harry Merrill & Son; if you do, you will be missing out on both bespoke quality and a 10/10 experience… We cannot wait to go back in and design our wedding bands!!

I recently got engaged and was completely surprised. I played no part in designing my ring, and my fiancé only had a few pictures of rings I had sent to my best friends over the years to go off of. He went to Harry Merril & Son and they created the most unique and perfect ring! I really can't get over how beautiful it is and it surpassed my wildest ideas/expectations. My fiancé said they were amazing to work with, and when I went in to have it resized, they had it ready in less than 2 days! Thank you to the folks I met last week and for creating such a beautiful piece of art that I get to keep forever!

EXEMPLARY SERVICE...In July this year I was in Phillapdelphia prior to my wife's birthday and stoppped in at Harry Merrills' to buy her some pearl earrings, which I may add they wrapped beautifully.In live in the UK, and today I received “thank you” card in the post from the team there, which was a lovely touch. It was a lovely thought, and very welcome gesture. It reflects the wonderful reception and service I received when I visited the store, and exemplifies the excellent after sales care they offer.The pearl earrings were very well received by my wife and have been worn almost none stop since then.Thank you to all of the team, for your excellent attention to detail and exemplary service, and I look forward to stopping in again when I next visit the States, and Philadelphia.Duncan Flack

I got my grandmothers rings appraised and resized. I was very nervous to turn them over to just anyone as they are family heirlooms. The team is amazing here and Nicole took such good care my rings. Their pricing is very reasonable and they had great turn around time. I will be sending all my friends here who have previous heirloom pieces

I will always trust and go to Harry Merrill & Son. Working with them is always stress free and they always deliver a beautiful product at a reasonable price. I have worked with them many times for gifts for my husband. They have done beautiful work on custom gold collar stays and a custom gold octopus pin. I also purchased a gold chain that my husband loves! I couldn't be happier!! Definitely recommend!

Had a wonderful experience shopping for (and buying) an engagement ring with my fiance. The staff are down to earth and very friendly. The whole experience felt like I was hanging out with friends in their living room. Bonus if you go on a Saturday - Nicole's mom is a real hoot!

Rob and his team are absolutely superb. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for jewelry needs. My partner and I purchased our engagement ring and wedding bands from them and the entire process was seamless and supportive. I never felt like they were upselling me and was always touched by them going the extra mile- champagne with my mom when we picked our final designs, thank you notes in the mail, and they always know our names. Highly recommend coming here!

We’ve loved having Rob and co as our jeweler over the years. They’ve done everything from helping replace a delicate old chain from a family necklace, to designing my engagement and wedding rings, and wedding earrings. They’re great at sourcing lab grown or ethically harvested diamonds, following specific requests (e.g., inconel for my husband’s ring), and knowing exactly how to set jewelry to make things beautiful. We always enjoy going in and chatting with the crew.
