Excellent and expert customer service. I went in with a potentially broken watch band, and they kindly showed me what happened and how to fix it. They didn't even charge me, joking that I should come back when I have a real problem. They were so cool. Thank you!

Nice shop and owners. We went in and I wanted a watch resized and a battery in another watch. Told us to come back in ten minutes. Work was done promptly and they were great to deal with. They did an adjustment to the watch after we paid and I tried it on. Perfect work, a good fair price. We will be back.

I’ve been a customer for years and I have never been dissatisfied. They offer a beautiful selection of jewellery and are very accommodating and friendly. I also had to have wedding rings sized and 24 piece-charm bracelet cleaned, their work is professional and prices are reasonable. Looking forward to those 14k earrings, next.

I have been shopping at Happy Jewelers for years. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I have purchased jewelry there as gifts with great success, had jewelry repaired, and even gotten new watch and car remote batteries there. I recommend them unequivocally.

I would not recommend purchasing any jewelry from this jewelers. I purchased a small gold cross and thin chain for my Mother, the chain popped as soon as I tried to put it on her neck. I took the items back the next day and was told by the male retailer that they don't take items back because they don't know what happen to the chain, implying it was possibly my fault that it popped. The female retailer/attendant immediately tried to imply she told me to purchase a bigger chain and that they don't make the items they just sell them immediately trying to deflect responsibility. Shady jewelers!!! Though not uncommon and my items were not expensive considering the price of gold however I would have expected a more professional response and general understanding. Due to the no refund policy I exchanged the items for a pair of earrings that I doubt are worth the price I paid. Stay away you can do better.

I had my gold ring for 5 years and never did it turn black. I went to them around August 25th to fix my gold ring that was cut. When I picked it up, something seemed off about the gold. It was super shiny. Now it's 09/29/2021 and my gold ring is tarnishing and turning black where he replaced the gold.

Wonderful people. Excellent work! Super helpful and accommodating. I go here to get my jewelry fixed and I can't say enough about this wonderful little shop in Suburban Station. I won't take my most precious items anywhere else. They go the extra mile every single time.
