First time having a facial and didn't know what to expect. I was informed the whole time what was going on and being done. I didn't like the part where they had to remove my white heads from my face.

Got a massage from Zach, great experience. He walked me through the entire thing before we started which is great for anyone new or hesitant about the experience. Very comfortable experience, would recommend.
