The apartment is nice, but the parking is atrocious and the maintenance needs a lot of help and the laundry room floods when doing a wash for the last 2-3 months and only the cold water works cause there is no hot water. I’ve been going to laundromat for the last month and have to drag laundry up the stairs with a bad hip and back.

Loud neighbors, thin walls, heat doesn't work properly, everything breaks easily. Avoid this place, can't wait to move out and a complete waste of money.

Just moved to PA from CO. Thought this place was noce so i Applied. Paid the holding deposit. Got denied with a thing saying "unable to approve automatically. Call office for info"So Ive been calling all day and get hung up on every. Single. Time.Not sure if i wanna rent from you guys now if you guys cant pick up a phone AT ALL. Well. I mean. You picked up. But kept hanging up.UPDATE:IT IS ILLEGAL for any landlord to ask for a holding deposit before acceptance. Scammers. I will be expecting my deposit back by monday

Do not rent here, the leasing agent is rude. She does not answer the phone, you will get an appointment set up but they'll send you to the wrong place. When you call they won't answer the phone. When you figure out where you are you, they will not answer the door. Don't waste your time.

I have been living here for about 3 years. This is to just help anyone considering living here.1. first day my car got towed, manager gave the wrong tags.2. Anything that breaks in the house is barely fixed, maintenance just does enough to keep you moving for that day.3. Hate that they come to the apartment when tenants are not present to do random checks.4. Laundry situation is the worst, you have to visit the rental office to fill up this ridiculous card and 100%of the time the office is closed. I sat in the parking lot one time for 3 hours waiting. Finally someone showed up and explained that they were showing property...3hours.5. lot is always full.6. If you complain...guess what NOTHING WILL HAPPEN.7. Moving:)

i wouldn't rent from her if they paid be. I was in the process of renting an apartment and was given half the information on the process. Once i received the welcome letter it stated i had to obtain renters insurance and had another fee. Once i contacted the office i was told my the manager darlene the girl is new and it's a learning experience and she would see what she could do. Three weeks later after calling four times the manager stated her regional manager told her she didn't have to tell anyone about the fee up front. long story short i told them they were unprofessional and i would contact the BBB. After trying to obtain the name to pay my security i was told by the manager darlene via vm that she assumed i didn't want the apartment because i called her unprofessional so she had the worker stop working on the apartment. beware of darlene bryant and Al-Nis Moise and the hidden fees. I guess darlene was upset because i refuse to give her an additional 20 on top of what i gave her to hold the unit. If they're replaced thing may run smooth. Still awaiting my refund of $200. They received one star because i had to give something in order to post. I wish i could post the emails and vm i saved
