My fiancé and I got my custom engagement ring made at Halloween. Henri met with us several times to design and reset the 100+ year old heirloom diamond that had been passed down from my fiancé’s family. Excellent custom service through the design process. I couldn’t believe how perfect the ring came out when I picked it up. Still after 3 months with it on my finger I can’t stop staring at it. Thank you Halloween and Henri for a great experience.

Pretty weird business model. Not sure if they’re trying to be kitschy or exclusive? Only by appointment. Even if they’re open and they’re in there they won’t let you in to take a look even by calling the store. I work long hours so went as soon as I could but they still told me no. ?♂️

Cool atmosphere, inflated prices. I don't know about their customized jewelry but the ones I saw on their countless numbers of displays - price is at least twice, sometimes 5 times, that of the market price. So buy wisely and do your research.

Henri made custom wedding and engagement rings for us years back and they give us endless pleasure to see every day. Since then he has designed necklaces and earrings on same theme and with equal success. He is an artist and you will wear art so long as you retain these pieces.

Best of the best! Henri is very creative and PATIENT. Store is a wonderland of art objects and jewelry . Made my ring from a drawing years ago and it still gets everyone's attention. No sign on the door makes it all the more intriguing.

My husband bought my engagement ring from Henri and the diamond is fake. I understand I have to take up a lot with my husband, but he doesn’t have a receipt, not a piece of certification of the diamond itself.Another clue, Henri told me to clean it with windex and soap.
