They are very shady and rude. They will remove the label from the wigs/hair you buy to make sure you don’t find the same product elsewhere. Avoid at all cost if possible.

I am licensed cosmetologist in the area and I check this store out for some items before work yesterday. I only purchased three things And from what I was told by Staff , they honor a discount for license professionals with proof of license. I asked the price of all my items before purchasing and watched the woman add a dollar to two items just to “give me the professional discount, which is only the tax deducted from the total.
So in reality you took off the tax, but also added a dollar to each of my items to bring the total back up to the original price. I have no problem paying for something at whatever cost is listed , but you’re dishonestly servicing the professional client by offering a fake discount. when I confronted the clerk about it, she just kept repeating that it cost a price she SAID ($28.99) but I watched her increase on the register to ($29.99). That’s very shady. I will not be returning.
And to add salt to injury, their receipts are not itemized. It’s just a long receipt with a bunch of codes and one total price. There is no indication of how much each item cost on their receipt. Which should be a record, especially for a professional, who will use these receipts to file taxes and deductions at the end of the year.

They are racist. I went there to buy a wig and the lady that attended me tried to help and assist. But the rest of the Asian girls working there were degrading and rude. They kept following me around and made me feel very uncomfortable even though I was friendly to them. They all starting coughing in my face as I was approaching the register and when I was trying on the hair; Never going back. This is not the first time something like this happens to me in an Asian store, that’s why I tend to order online. Before giving me my purchase, she removed all the labels on the product to make sure I didn’t find that specific brand elsewhere.

The hair Gallery supply store in Winfield Heights.The employees actually followed me around the store ,yeah they were profiling me for whatever reason and I have been going there since they opened. You are supposed to watch for thieves but this is wrong. Chinese people have black people profiling others isn't a good look.Iwill never return.Ican get the same items at rite aid.

I went into this store for the first and last time a few days ago. There was a young woman working who followed me around the entire time I was in the store. I thought maybe she’d at least say hello or offer to help me but seems like all she was there to do is follow people (I’m guessing to make sure they don’t steal). I couldn’t stand it for more than 5 min and left because I was so uncomfortable.

They're charging 17cent for bags to put your purchase in lol.. my first time here and it turned me off had to walk out the store with a bunch of stuff in my hand . Smh .
