Stop by last night @ 8:12pm, wanna to grab one item real quick. The manager shout we’re close! It’s says on the website y’all close at 8:30pm. And if y’all was close why is the door open? Manager is disgusting and rude, shout out to the security guy he was really nice for apologizing about the inconvenience.

Went to this store for months now and today I showed up about 10 mins before closing and this random guy said they were “closed”. He then proceeded to open the door for this girl and said “we closed, oh wait this you.” I then went up to the door to open it and it was locked. The guy was holding the door.

This place closes at 6pm and I walked in about 7 min ago and as soon as I turned to walk down the wig aisle an announcement came on saying the "wig section is closed and register is closing in 10min". Then the staff preceded to turn the store lights off. Not a single staff member even asked if they could help me. I only needed one thing. In the time it took me to write this review I could have bought and paid for the item I came for but since they turned the lights off and were extremely rude I wasn't going to give them any of my money. And since it's not even 6pm yet , the store should change their hours cause clearly tou are not allowed to even shop there at 5:30pm. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN

I bought hair and it was the wrong color. The hair was $64 and I needed to exchange it. Manager stated very rudely he doesn’t care. No refunds or exchanges. Never patronizing this store ever again.
