called today to get some information about a product for a family member who was from out of town, the phone rang, then someone hung up on me, called right back no answer.......bad business, won't be buying anything from them

Now customers gotta leave big bags by the door and get a ticket from the security guard. I had to go through the extra footwork of walking over to security to get my bag just so I could bag my items while being checked out at the register. It's senseless and ridiculous to hold customers' bag when you have cameras. Clearly you don't have no one monitoring the cameras. And customers don't need to have a big bag inorder to steal, idiots.Previous visit:They seriously need to do something about the flies in that store. I was repeatedly attacked by one while shopping.

I needed assistance with a few items. I had to ask the cashier to assist me. Employee working the area was too busy on the phone. I tried to get his attention, but he ignored me. The cashier witnessed his antics. Some of these foreigners are the pits.

These guys were open Thanksgiving Day and thank God they were. I experienced a nail crisis due to the nail salon being closed. So I bought some press on nails at HAIR BUZZ and was able to attend Thanksgiving dinner looking the part. 5 days later and I still have them on. Not bad huh?

I’ve been coming to this store for around TEN years because it is one of the larger beauty supplies in this part of the city. However, I will not be continuing to patronize them anymore. The quality of products have been decreasing, even for beauty supply expectations. But the biggest issue I’ve had would be the SERVICE. The cashiers have always been kind to me. But the MANAGEMENT as well as the lady “checking” bags have been extremely and unnecessarily rude. I bought a headband and ear muffs here and tried the band on before I left the store. It was too small so they let me pick another out which I tried on before leaving and was also the wrong size. The manager ended up giving me a refund but after having to go back and forth about the policy. The next day, I’ve had my second pair of ear muffs break from here in the same week. The price IS low, but still a waste of money if they are going to break in half the next day. I called to voice my concern over the quality of products- NOT to get a refund. Immediately, the person over the phone cut me off several times and spoke to me very nasty. Even asked me “what’s my point”. Clearly, our community’s dollar is not valued here no matter how respectful we hold ourselves. There are nicer beauty supplies in the city to go to with better quality products, and I suggest yall hit them up.

I purchased a wig from this store last week. In the past I have purchased items from this store but I believe it is under new management now. I was completely disappointed by this purchase & they have the nerve to have a no return policy. Please beware of the hair u purchase from this location
