Very nice computer store. Aside from it's a little bit messy looking its real ?. John fixed my wife's computer in just 2hrs. I'm sure he was busy with other people's computers, but something easy fix and I could pick it up same day. He really knows what he is doing.

I found this small computer repair shop that I've been dealing with for over 5 years. It's owned by a man named John, who is fantastic at computer repairs. I've personally had my laptop fixed about 6x and it's always the same price for same-day service. Recently, my printer broke, so John was kind enough to print PDFs from my phone for a small fee. I'll be going back sometime this week since I forgot one document I need still. However, he also sells used but refurbished desktops and laptops; bought my son a Chromebook from him for under $300 bucks. Great shop for computer repair!

I had used another tech company prior to GSI for years but they relocated. Looking on line I found John and GSI and spoke to him about what I needed for my home PC. He took the time to discuss options and gained my confidence. After fixing my new computer and my husbands tablet I will not go anywhere else. John is knowledgeable and communicates with customers and doesn't try to sell them on things they dont need. He is the best and I'm glad I found him
