We have been buying at GSI Bath Showplace at 7900 Rockwell Ave. in Philadelphia for over 10 years now, ever since our bathroom had to be totally gutted and we started from scratch. The person we dealt with has always been Tom Watson, who has helped us with advice in choosing all the different things we needed to "build" a master bathroom from scratch. He would explain what he liked about a design or a company to help us make some very difficult suggestions. And he has always been patient, kind and gentle. While, thankfully, our needs have not been as extensive as back then, it amazes us that he has always remembered us, by name!, even if we haven't seen each other for quite a long while. Tom has stood behind all the products he has sold us and we have always felt confident and secure purchasing there. We wouldn't go anywhere else!!! Thanks, Tom, for everything!

When we decided to remodel our bathroom we went back to GSI in Fox Chase because we had such a great experience with them previously. Rob was extremely helpful and we found everything we wanted - vanity, mirror, toilet, exhaust, accessories. We'll be going back again for our next remodel.
