Everything you would expect from a classic Philadelphia furniture operation. If you're going to spend money on some gorgeous furniture, don't skip Grossman's. Beautiful premium stuff and they negotiate! They actually have parking too.

I absolutely love Grossman’s ! It is a family run business, where you feel like you aren’t at one of these big chain places and they get to know you and treat you like family.We have ordered many things from them and have worked with Lynnel who is just “ off the charts”. Lynnel knows everything about all of the furniture and has an amazing eye for Decor. She is such a hard worker and will do anything to help find the perfect piece!

Our search and purchase of a sofa and chairs was a very successful experience thanks to the excellent work of their representative, Michell R. Michelle is professional, knowledgeable, very efficient, patient, and hard working. She answered all of our MULTIPLE questions. With our limited living room space she helped us find pieces that would work and is continuing to guide us from beginning to delivery. Michelle is a pleasure to work with.We were initially attracted online to Grossman Furniture because of the high quality construction of the furniture. The Philadelphia showroom has many fine pieces and furniture can be customized. We would highly recommend the business, and especially their sales person Michelle.

It was awesome working with Lynelle on designing our family room. She perfectly coordinated our sofa, pillows, and chair to compliment our carpeting and look we were trying to achieve. Would definitely recommend her if you are needing to update a room in your home!

The experience of buying a new sofa and loveseat for our home from Grossman Furniture was top-notch. This was the first brand new furniture I’ve bought, and Susan was very patient with me as I made sure the fabric and style were exactly what I wanted. She made some very helpful suggestions without being pushy and let me move at my own pace through the buying process. I am thrilled with my new sofa and loveseat and would definitely recommend Grossman Furniture to others looking for high-quality furniture and great customer service.

Susan was very helpful with selections and very attentive to followups about order and delivery. The one issue we had is that no one told us about the high percent charge if balance is paid with a credit card. We would have paid and charged more at time of ordering the pieces. No adjustment made to credit card percentage despite the fact tha this was a large order

My husband and I bought a house last year and went to Grossman Furniture to start the process of furnishing each room and making it our home. We were connected to interior designer, Lynnel Eisberg, to assist us throughout the whole process. Over the last year, Lynnel has truly taken the time to get to know us and our style. She has given us such great advice and insight into what does and doesn’t work in our home. Lynnel has an excellent eye for color, design, and detail. We are obsessed with how our Master Bedroom turned out, especially Lynnel’s idea to do an accent wall in Sherman Williams color, Jasper Stone. Working with Lynnel has been such a pleasure, and we are grateful to have had her invaluable input.

We recently purchased several large pieces of furniture for office and living room spaces and are tremendously pleased with the experience. Grossman’s prices beat all others and included true “white glove delivery” with set up and trash removal (including some delicate, tight fits in our older house).Ernesto is fantastic. After an initial conversation, he figured out our style and provided great recommendations. For our recent purchase of an armchair, he noted style, size and color choices. He then sent links via email before we visited. When we stopped in the showroom, it was a 15 min process to select a great choice.Lastly, don’t be intimidated about trying to park in Old City. Grossman’s has dedicated parking right at the store making it easy to swing by if in town.
