I originally wrote a review because I was upset. It was all a misunderstanding and I feel horrible these are the nicest people who went way above and beyond. They went further than any business has ever gone before and I can be a tough customer, I know. I feel horrible I just really really really really really want to thank them. This is an amazing business with the best management and customer service I think I've ever experienced

I have been using this company for years to supply products for my grooming business. I order online then drop by the warehouse and pick it up often the same day. They have always been great if they don't have it here in Philly they send it out of SD and I have it in a few days. The service is terrific, friendly helpful people. Also if you call the customer service reps in Sioux Falls know their stuff and are very helpful.

I bought the bather box, It does not work. I contacted the company and they asked for photos of my set up. I have sent multiple emails to get this issue resolved and I haven't received a response. Very poor quality product and terrible customer service. I'm out 600 plus dollars.

Frustrated.As a startup mobile groomer, ordered $700 of product and equipment. I received incorrect product, I ordered 1 gallon of Tropiclean Fresh Bath pet shampoo and recieved 1 gallon of the Tropiclean Fresh Pet Cologne. I was asked multiple times to text them photos of the incorrect product. They said they dont carry gallons of the pet Cologne anymore. It's been 2 weeks still no response. Inthe meantime I still dont have the shampoo I paid for to bath clients pets.

Our shop has dealt with the company, and Paul for over ten years. Always excellent service, seems like we have winers out there.Grow up, I worked construction all my life outside, it was hot and dirty. Can’t handle a warehouse job, still living in moms basement?

Terrible customer service! I made a large order (about $900 with the shipping) a month ago and only received half the items. I called, they told me the other stuff was damaged and being returned to them from UPS. I asked if they can send out the rest, they said not until the damaged shipment has returned to them. Worked there for a few months and could not deal with supervisor Paul. Outbursts regularly, did not do much except complain and mismanage. Employees suffered because of his management. High turnover rate I believe wholeheartedly because of said manager. Head lead Mark was a much better teacher, actually got his hands dirty and was much more calm in dealing with any problems. Get rid of Paul and hire Mark in his stead and I believe many things will change for the better!!!!

Lost a long term customer here. I was informed I wasn’t supposed to get a higher priced shampoo with the online buy four get 1 free. It has been that way for many years. Was charged an extra $27 without my permission. After spending over $400 a month for many years it is time for me to move on.
