The customer service is so rude, not professional and not respectful for patients. A lady call me about updated health insurance info today. And I explained that I would like to provide them the updated health insurance card when I come for the appointment. And the new health insurance agent is not required to elect the family doctor. But her attitude is very rude and said just like blame to me that I didn't tell them I updated the insurance at firstly. And she just would like to shift her responsibility to me, and asked me to call the insurance agent to elect them to my family doctor. After I provide her card ID and strongly request her to double check it, at firstly she said that they can not find my insurance info because the health insurance company is small companies..... Come On. You said that Aetna is the small company????? I would suggest you to google search it and improve your professional knowledge!After then the lady double check my health insurance info again, and said that "Ok, your insurance coverage is not required you to elect the family doctor." And she just hang up the phone.....Actually, doctors in GPHA is very nice, helpful and professional. However, since today, I would like to transfer out from here because of the bad customer service.

Always being yelled at whenever I call with concerns. Doctor told me to call the front desk to make an appointment for a blood test and also a follow-up appointment. I made a follow up appointment but wasn’t sure if I should take a blood test beforehand my appointment. I wanted to speak with doctor but Doctor refused and told me I should wait until that date. I’m anemic and the doctor is checking the results of my blood test. What is the point of going to the appointment if she doesn’t have my blood test? Regardless, I have questions and no one is ever there to address it. Terrible service. Feels like I’m about to die with the terrible service here

This used to be my regular clinic. Very good people. The language sometimes can be a barrier, but you can see they do their best to help.

There is no worse but the worst. The front desk service is like a high-ranking judge, interrogating the reason for your appointment, and the attitude makes the patient feel extremely uncomfortable. He decides how and when you see a doctor. It is not easy to make an appointment, but some of the doctor's services are good.

I have been coming this office over 20 yrs .I like they have everything in this office and can speak my language. Staffs are nice !

Personally, I think it has improved now that it is in a new location. The lady at the medical station was really helpful and kind when I asked to get a form signed. Probably just depends on certain staff but the ones I've met have been great.

My family has been going to this medical services office for almost three decades. It used to be amazing when Dr Siu was around. But now this place has changed hands multiple times and it is absolutely terrible now and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who needs accurate medical help.Particularly their PA Kathy (Po Chu) Leung I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND and say avoid her at all costs. She is extremely forgetful, works minimal hours, doesn’t spend time to understand your issues, and has prescribed my Mom the wrong type of diabetes medication on multiple occasions which has caused her long term swelling and leg pain which is absolutely absurd. My mom told her multiple times that she doesn’t feel well and is in pain from the medication but she said it’s probably okay and to keep taking it longer. My mom was in pain for months and she finally decided to stop taking the medicine, and once she stopped the pain lessened but now she has long term pain because of her multiple mistakes. She should not be seeing patients!!!

When I called them trying to fill out a form and they just said 10 days and then I asked them "is there anyway possible I can get this form fill out faster?" They just gave me a attitude and said no and wont even let me make an appointment to see the doctor. Worst hospital ever. Please Do Not Let You or Your Children Go To This Hospital. The amount of time you waste at this place is insane.

The administrations shortcomings bring down the work of the doctors and nurses that work at this facility. If you have a choice, any choice, go somewhere else for a primary care physician.
