Of all the years that I have ordered from Go Puff, since its inception in Philadelphia, the one time I mistakenly forget to update the address, the response is sorry, there’s nothing we can do! My order gets cancelled, sent back to the warehouse to get re-sold and there is absolutely no compensation for the goods I did not receive. I can understand not refunding fees, but nothing? That is ridiculous. Why couldn’t I have the option to re-do the order and just pay delivery fees again? Or refund me partially?

Please listen I think gopuff is a cool idea BUT please check the items u get to make sure they aren't expired. I ordered milk on the 1st of August at 11pm and got my order on the 2nd of August reason I'm explaining dates? Is because I was given milk that expired on the 2nd of August I didn't noticed until I drunk it ? I threw up on the floor then kept throwing up then u guessed correctly I throw up in my toilet ? I'm next to my toilet RN please just make sure ur items aren't expired this is a good company it's the worker who made my order that's the problem thank you! They lucky I can't link pictures to this post!

Gold puff is a bad company to work for they will lowball you on the orders while they pay Uber $30 for orders and pay you 250 to 5 dollars per order. You’re basically trying to hope that you get a tip versus what go puff pays you there is favoritism they do give certain drivers certain locations, where they make good money getting sent to the urban community and different areas where there is no money to be made or getting tips. I feel like is very biased and there is a lot of drivers quitting in the Kansas City Missouri area. Please don’t waste your time delivering I’m quitting.

I was waiting on my order, then received a text from the driver asking me to come out and pick up my order because she has her child with her. I went outside and found no one. A few minutes later I get another text saying my order was canceled and I wouldn't get a refund.
What company allows their employees to bring their child with them on their deliveries and expect the customer to come outside to get their orders, and we pay for delivery fees and tip the driver. I still want my full refund including the fees and tip I added on for the driver.
By the way, I live in Portland Oregon.

GoPuff use to be my go to, I ordered almost everyday literally I started using them through ubereats, then downloaded the app, everything was good until it was bad initially I let it go and continued using it because I had no problems at first but they just kept getting worse and worse . The company has gone down and it feels like some fraud is going on. The customer service sucks it’s always a tech issue, the drivers have gone down bad, I use to recommend not anymore. Drivers don’t speak English. They can’t follow instructions. They don’t deliver it to the right address. Takes more than 30 minutes to communicate with support.

I tried to order for the first time and they basically got me for 30 dollars! They cancelled my order with no phone call provided and then when I went to chat with someone (since they have no actual call center or live voice number) there was no one available! Then when I got in contact this morning she said I should’ve contacted within two hours of the order! I explained that I attempted to reach someone but they don’t actually provide service 24/7 ! The person I spoke to said the best that can be done is a 5 dollar credit but I’d never use the credit anyways! I’ll never prefer from here again and i will be calling my bank for fraud . NEVER ORDER HERE

Screwed me out of $35 after my Apple Pay declined the initial subscription charge for student FAM. I then got charged the full rate. Support ghosted me over email when I tried to get it fixed, after text chat promised they would fix it. My time is more valuable than it’s worth to badger you to make it right. You guys must be really hurting if you needed $35 that bad. Also, why is your app trying to track my Motion & Fitness activity? Weird moves, guys!!!

Save your money and shop elsewhere. They are crooks and will use any excuse not to refund you. For clarity, I ordered cold and flu medicine, I provide my id and they claimed it could not be validated and therefore deemed my order non-refundable. They are frauds, I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.
